Freecom Network Storage Assistant Software Mac Free

I have a sumvision Aero lite 1tb NAS drive connected to my netgear router.
I'm using an old program I had 'Freecom Network Storage Assistant' which can find the NAS. It also has the options to MAP drives, which I can't get to work.
I have set up SMB server users/folders etc on the NAS. I was able to do this by using the Freecom software to go to my NAS 'web interface'.
This shows the IP address being 192.168.0.3
The NAS is called AERO-ENCLOSURE
I've been searching loads on line and trying lots of things, like typing that IP in etc into the run command. It just comes up saying Windows cannot access...
I'm running Windows 7. When going into Network and sharing info, it doesn't show up on the network map there.
It was working fine.. but not anymore. (I possibly fiddled with something I shouldn't have in the hope to speed up my netbook)
any help appreciated as I am about to pull out what little hair I have left out!!
